Spent the day at the pool and decided to order food. It was decent for poolside food, nothing great, nothing bad. Service was good - they had just opened around 11ish and stopped by a few times during our stay at the pool/lagoon. We ordered a burger, fish tacos, and Mac n cheese with fries.

Poke bowl is mediocre. The rice is fridge cold. The fish is okay.

The food is delicious. However, after ordering, you have to wait a long time for the food to be served at the restaurant rather than the beach. The kids menu is a set and includes drinks and snacks.Kid-friendliness: There is also a children's menu and a good environment for children.Wheelchair accessibility: All roads are well-maintained and wheelchair accessible.

Nothing quite as wonderful to top off your fancy schmancy vacation than poolside food service, other than the friendly service though I think that's about all this spot has going for it in the sea of incredible food around Kauai. If you're going to order I definitely recommend the fish tacos though, delicious and probably the proper portion size for a healthy diet but a hefty price tag for sure! Alongside we paired with a shrimp salad that had great taste but only 4 shrimp to the price tag. You can't beat the ocean view though especially if you snag a spot at the lagoon looking over the waves.

We have been eating here for years when we stay and play at the Grand Hyatt. Great food and service with an amazing view, either one of the pools or shipwreck Beach. The chicken Chinese salad is our favorite, but disappeared before I captured a photo. My son likes the kieki hot dog, but we haven't had anything we didn't likeThe kalua pork nachos are delicious and quite a large helping while the quesadillas are amazing.Parking: Restaurant is poolside at the Grand Hyatt so you can valet with them.

Solid pool food at the grand Hyatt. I would recommend the wings as it is a good size filling portion. The flavor profile is excellent and we went back to the wings the next day as a great mid day option at the pool. The nachos are massive. I would recommend the snacks around the pool. The price is appropriately high as expected at a high end resort. But well worth it to stay at the pool. Avoid the Seaview terrace at the Grand Hyatt as that food is terrible and very overpriced.

Standard resort pool food with a great view and fantastic chair-side service.Expensive and mostly aimed at families, it's absolutely filling if you've been swimming and don't want to get dressed for a restaurant.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian items are marked with a |v|Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free items are marked with |gfa| and can be made gluten free.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly, there's a section for 12-and-unders, as well as mocktails and "Unconquered" Island Smoothies.Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely- pool servers will bring the food to you!

Really hard to find unless you're staying there! Signage is there but again hard to find! Once I found the place it was ok as I wanted something quick for dinner but it's not convenient unless you're staying at the Hyatt. I wouldn't go again unless I was swimming in the pool there. The chicken sandwich was good! The hot dog was not and I forgot to get the drink that came with the food after they brought the food out, expensive for what you get imo.

Bar spot with food, and hard-working servers. Want to see the ocean and pools while sipping cocktails and eating lunch bites? Go here! Shout out to our server Ian, for his great humor and hard work. Yes, prices, are "tourist" but you are on vacation, and this place delivers the resort experience. I would return.

It was in the hotel so we have it a try. We did in the evening right before closing and really liked the private eating away from the pool. The fish tacos were pretty good and the quesadillas were pretty good. The poke bowl was average. The prices were fair compared to other options at the hotel.

NEVER TRY SHAVED ICE HERE. No ice cream inside, no condensed milk, no flavor at all. Just $9 ice with

Good value for what it is and the location you're in. It can be very expensive in the area, so this is a nice way to save a little while still enjoying the pool.

Great value for island prices. Big portions of mouth watering options. Helpful staff. My kids loved the Mac n cheese, chicken tenders, and grilled cheese. My husband raved about his fish tacos and hamburger. I enjoyed the hummus wrap and Cantonese salad. Get the dressing on the side for the salad. Shaved ice with ice cream and sweetened condensed milk was a HUGE hit with my kids. Wide option of flavors meant they could each pick a favorite. I personally prefer the ice cream bars. Also don't forget the fun drink options. We enjoyed virgin locals only, Oreo shakes and lava flows. Highly recommend.
