The guy who made our shave ice was noticeably open mouth coughing all over without covering his mouth and making these noises with his throat as if he was trying to get gunk out of it (also while making the shave ice). Unfortunately, we paid for the shave ice and immediately threw it away. They also come in what seems to be soda cups.

I have been coming to Baldwin's since 1984. There is no better place for Shave Ice, hands down. They still have Covid distancing practices, so you order outside and they bring it to you. You can go into the shop if you're buying crack seed or similar goodies.

Location isn't great. It's in the middle of a rundown strip-mall. Shave ice definitely wasn't the greatest. Wouldn't go back.
Aloha people; so I have passed this place so many times but today finally decided to stop in and what all the hype was about. I was not disappointed , this place brought back small memories of the Crack seed stores I would go as a kid. They have pretty go shave ice with all kinds of options. Also have different styles and ovors of kaki Mochi and other great treats. You should definitely make a stop here when you in the area.

So much nostalgia when I visit this store! The people there are super friendly, from the man in front w the shave ice greeting to the ladies inside stocking up + the registers. So much goodies! Well worth it
