My family of 6 ate dinner here last week. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious! The garlic cheese bread and the lasagna were our favorites.

The food was really good and the entrée portions are generous. Staff was friendly, but busy, because of the multiple big parties that night. Definitely make a reservation on the weekends!

First timr trying Catania Ristorante Italiano at Waimalu Shopping Center. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Parking is also a challenge during the busy times. Chinese owners serving Italian food. The food is good, but not memorable good. Pasta is cooked well and their garlic cheese bread is very good. Spaghetti sauce too runny, but the Seafood Linguine is delicious. Prices are affordable, considering the portion size is generous and they don't skimp on the protein. Another plus, it's BYOB, so you can save some e $$$ on your bill.

I went there with my extended family to celebrate my cousin's birthday. We took a large section in the small restaurant, but they did a great job. Service was great, friendly staff and the food was very delicious. I was a little surprised on their pricing at first, but when our plates came, all of us were more than satisfied that the portion sizes were very generous which to me more than justified their slightly higher prices. They give maybe 1/4-1/3 more food than other similar Italian restaurants. So charging a few dollars more was appropriate. I'm a great eater, and I ate barely more than 1/2 of my plate. I'm definitely coming back to this place soon.

We celebrated my birthday here last June. We all enjoyed the friendly and awesome service, of course the tasty foods and portions are the best! We had a big cooler for our drinks( BYOB)The owner came and say hi to us. It did not disappoint from beginning to end! Thank you, Catania Team, I definitely go back for take out! Highly recommend.

Big portions but disappointed that the meatballs didn't taste homemade. Garlic bread with mozzarella was delicious the garden salad was a great size to share before our meal. Everyone was very nice and great service.

My wife and I had lunch at my favorite restaurant (Catania) today for Father’s Day. The owners Andy and Linda are great and always make you feel like family. The food at Catania is the best Italian food on Oahu.
I ordered one of my favorites (Chicken Marsala) and my wife ordered (Hot Antipasto) Absolutely delicious. The two giant chicken breast are so tender and filled with Marsala a mouth watering sauce that blends so well with the pasta and mushrooms. The Hot Antipasto is the best Antipasto you will ever taste. Added benefit is ordering a side of hot garlic bread and then dipping the garlic bread into the Antipasto sauce. Incredible!

What can I say? 🙌🏽CATANIA. Since Ricado's has been closed for lunch for some time now, THIS is THE place! Restaurant is clean & inviting; staff is attentive, personable, & quick; prices are VERY reasonable; food is delectable with substantial portions. LOVE ❤️ LOVE❣️❣️❣️

We stumbled upon this place on a rainy day - we’d been out running errands and were starving. My husband and I went in for lunch and had the best experience! The service was superb! I believe it was the owner serving us and she was so sweet and kind, made us feel very welcome. The portions of the food so huge that we had more than enough to take home for dinner! Everything was delicious and good quality, really flavorful. We had the ribeye with linguine and the chicken saltimbocca and would order both again. We happened to come in on their 3 year anniversary and they even gave us a kahlua cheesecake to take home for dessert. Excellent value for the prices and all around a great place! We will definitely be back!
