“Its a smaller store in a quaint shopping mall. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. There is not a lot of room to sit and enjoy your product so if you are coming with a crowd it might be prudent to check it out first before committing to this location.“

“I was at this location April 18, 2025 at around 9:45-10:00 A.M. The baristas were timely, smiling, friendly, and professional. They were working diligently while I could tell there was an overwhelming number of online orders coming in on top of the customers in-store. I was greeted and had my order taken as soon as I walked in. And my drinks were made correctly in a timely manner. Another customer was loudly berating several team members because of an issue with her app order. I watched them kindly apologizing and doing their best to help her understand they cannot do anything about app problems. They were offering to make her order, showing evidence they had not received it through the app, finding an app customer service number for her, and eventually calling their manager. This customer was rudely disregarding all their quality customer service and continuing to yell at them and tell them it's unacceptable. The baristas on this shift deserve raises because I know they are not being compensated to deal with that level of difficulty in a customer. I commend them for keeping their kindness and professionalism.“

“Ordered Pistachio Frappuccino and t’was good. Satisfied with the customer service as they were friendly and full of Aloha! Got my order wrong at first but they were apologetic I appreciate the accountability they impose. Will definitely order in here again.“

“Overall the food and drinks I usually get from this location are spot on, though I have to mention that in my most recent visit, the bathroom closed for the night at around 6:15 PM, which is over an hour and a half before closing? After I used the bathroom at that time, a worker came immediately and put up a cabinet in front of the door with a closed sign on top before I even got the chance to sit back down which I found odd. I understand that food places may want to close their bathrooms around 15 min. before closure in order to clean them or ensure no one is stuck in them after closing, but I saw absolutely no one come to clean the bathroom after it was closed, and I stayed there just up until closing. I feel that closing the bathroom that far in advance (an hour and 45 min.) is a big inconvenience, especially when going towards closing, Pearlridge is closing up and there's not enough time to go anywhere nearby to use the bathroom. (Also barracading it in general seems a bit much?)“
