“I stopped coming here a few years ago because the staff was always so rude, but revisited a few times recently and noticed something has really changed. The team there now is so friendly and makes the drinks really well, making it a warm environment!“
“Starbucks near Kailua. There are few people working closely with the lives of the people in the town, and it is crowded. It's not a stylish atmosphere. It's easy to park in the flat parking lot inside the unassuming mall.
Parking: Parking is spacious.A flat parking lot in a mall with a supermarket, etc.“
“Fine location but a few limitations since they’re on base: You can earn stars here, but you cannot redeem them. You can use the Starbucks app to pay, but you cannot use it to order ahead of time.
Sometimes this location is out of a basic ingredient (like ice) and sometimes they don’t open until after the posted opening time.
Overall, a good Starbucks, but if you want a slightly better, more consistent experience, drive off base to the Aikahi location.“
“I would like to praise your employee who was working right when the store opened. Hapa. Young man who was very personable, accommodating and very polite. He was working for about twenty minutes by himself and treated each customer with the utmost courtesy. Although, I realize it's their job but he put out just a bit more then normal and made my morning awesome...aloha“
“This is a nice location with interior and exterior seating available. I didn't stay too long, as I was just picking up a mobile order, but it's on the end of a street with a small shared parking lot immediately in front of it. There's a Jamba Juice right next door and a variety of small shops nearby and larger restaurants across the street. The price is negotiable, depending on how much you want to buy, but Starbucks coffees (alone) usually are less than $10 for their Venti size (large). How much more you spend depends on add ins and additional food/snack/bakery items purchased, as with any coffee shop.“
