“So I went in today around 15 minutes before they closed. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappe. They told me a few seconds after that they didn't have mocha anymore and offered to replace it with white mocha. Once I got my drink, the barista offered to make me another drink if I wasn't satisfied with the drink I got. I was more than satisfied with the drink I got. I didn't catch their names but they were really kind and thoughtful. Amazing Service!“
“Shopping fuel...Today was an all female team, and we were amazing! This sort of centralized location in the Pearlridge Mall is always been pretty busy whenever I pass by and today as I did have a bonus to fulfill, I decided to take advantage and refill her my shopping exploration.They had an expediter at the counter, so that the barista could focus on making their drinks which really helped the flow between the walk-ins and mobile order because there was a lot of drinks. Not only did the expediter helped out the flow it answers any questions guests may have without feeling likely had to wait for the busy staff to get their answers.Super busy corner, calming relax vibe any experience, less jittery and more energetic as your sip your drink.Thank you!“
“Thank you Starbucks Waimalu!! This location is a great example of excellent customer service. I went in today for my daily coffee fix after grocery shopping. I forgot my phone at home but didn't want to go back home to grab it. This is how I usually pay for my coffee on the app. I was helped by their friendly barista Kelsey who was so patient as I tried to pay with my card. Technology is not my friend some days tries to mess with my feelings haha and today was one of them ugh. As I tried to get past the tip screen the system kept freezing. I did try to input a tip but it kept freezing. As a line formed behind me I tried to hand her my card to process. Without hesitation she spoke with her manager came back and took care of my order! I will be sure to pass it forward the aloha shown to me today.“
“Friendly service and clean, spacious interior. Tried the sugar cookie almond milk latte, and the drink was ready to go in a matter of minutes. Not too sweet, and satisfied my craving for a festive, holiday-themed drink. My bf isn't a fan of coffee in general, but he also thought the drink was pretty good after having a taste--what a bonus! ;)“
