“I walked into Waianae Mall Starbucks and I took a second look and had wonder if I literally walked into the right one, the upgrade was stunningly beautiful warmer cozier and much more friendlier, the furniture was new more comfortable a richer feeling of walking in and as always the staff was friendly helpful and very polite. “Workers are EXTREMELY efficient considering the size of their work space and the endless line in the parking lot. Extremely kind, as well. I won’t get into detail because corporate entities are always watching, but I had a very bad day and I will say that they were extremely compassionate about it. If you’re planning on going here, remember to order online…makes everyone’s lives easier! (FYI I don’t work here I just have experience in the industry. Great job Starbucks!)“
