We landed at mama’s by happenstance when trying they were trying to promote a farmers market in Kapolei. The food was just amazingly tasty especially the pork stew. The owner was generous with portion size. If you find this truck on Thursday in a parking lot near Waimea St in Kapolei, Hi you have to try it. This is a must eat food truck for visitors to Oahu.

What a flava!!!This is one of underrated food truck in Oahu island! Service is exceptional and food is pretty good - big portion as well. Lunch plate can be shared with other person.I say - recommended for some Onolicious kine!
