I went twice and had two very different experiences so it seems hit-and-miss. Service was quick both times. Friendly would be a stretch, but the workers are polite and efficient. There's plenty of seating between inside and outside options. Out of several sit down restaurants on base, Wright Brothers had the best prices. The view was on par with The Lanai also on base. I would recommend for lunch if you're with a group and want a sit down option.

To be honest this is probably my favorite food establishment on the island 😅.
