The two times I've been there, service was nominal, food was less than average, but the view and atmosphere was awesome. I'd go again just for some beers just because there's not too many places to go on base and I don't really mind always wondering where the waiter/waitress is... just go to the bar and get it yourself. Don't expect a great tip ?
This is nice little bar/ snack bar by the beach. The menu wasn't too impressive but the server did mention they are adding more menu items and told is of items available not on the menu. I went for the the teriyaki burger which was pretty good. Outside of the food the atmosphere and scenery were amazing. The service was also really good. Definitely recommend giving this place a visit.

Has the ability to be a great place. The outside setting is beautiful, though tables are not always clean. Food is usually mediocre. (They have made substitutes of sides without notifying us.) The service is less than friendly. With so few local places to eat, I would love for this to change.
