Starbucks Coffee Company is a busy and well-run location with a strong focus on customer service and high-quality drinks. Customers appreciate how quickly the team prepares hot drinks, often in less than five minutes, even during busy times. The staff work well together and are known for their friendliness, kindness, and willingness to help, making visits a pleasant experience. Many customers highlight the exceptional service, with staff members going out of their way to assist, explain menu options, and accommodate special requests, such as preparing drinks promptly or adjusting orders. The indoor and outdoor seating options are limited, with only a few tables available, which can lead to crowded conditions, especially since some tables are occupied by people smoking. Accessibility is available via a ramp to the sidewalk, though seating is limited and may be occupied by others. The location often experiences high demand, leading to long lines and waiting times, especially at drive-throughs when online ordering is overwhelmed. Despite these busy periods, customers consistently praise the staff for their speed, accuracy, and friendly attitude. Overall, this Starbucks location is known for its excellent customer service, quality drinks, and efficient team, making it a popular spot for many visitors.
