This small-batch roastery is truly outstanding. The owner is a past President of the Hawaii Coffee Growers Association — his expertise really shows. Their 100% Kau coffee is particularly good. The roastery doesn't have signage — you need to place an order on their website several days before your desired pickup date.
Truly the best beans I I have ever found. I order shipments to the Mainland every few weeks for my at home espresso maker and these guys are prompt and friendly. Give this place a try!

Really good coffee. I made the mistake of getting an 8 ounce bag of the Pakala at a gift shop in Kauai for around $20 not realizing that you can get a subscription on their website for a 16 ounce bag for $24 which includes shipping. Although I think the coffee is good, I don't drink it that frequently due to the price. Believe it or not ALDI has a similar tasting coffee for $7 for the same size.
