Cleanest outdoor seating area I've come across on the west side. Workers were very pleasant, food smelled great as it was cooking. Portions were smaller compared to other taco places in the area, and quality (for what we ordered) was about the same. We did not opt for their fish tacos, which many others do review positively. They do offer vegetarian tacos, not sure about vegan though.

Outrageously good. What a surprise. Delicious food. Great sauces. Randomly popped in for lunch and it was the best meal I had in Kauai. Aggressive chickens hang around because they know how good the food is.

Paco's Tacos in Kauai had great ono fish tacos, steak tacos, and the orchata was spot on! While on vacation in Kauai we stopped on the way back from Waimea Canyon State Park...everything hit the spot.
