My husband and I both had the pastrami sando with fries. Best pastrami sando we've had in a very long time. I am usually not a fan of mustard on anything but the aoli/mustard combo was amazing. Cooking in duck fat is always a great move so kudos for that!! If we were locals, this would definitely be a regular hang out for us.

Duck Fat Ruined Our Vacation—in the Best Possible Way

We stumbled upon Duck Fat on our first full day on the Big Island, eager to find something local and delicious. Little did we know it would completely ruin the rest of our food plans. Why? Because nothing else we tried on the island came close. We've now been back three times in under two weeks. That's not vacation behavior... that's obsession.

This great little food truck serves up really good gyro! The meat is amazingly flavored and delicious. It's right by a cute little park so you can pick up your food and grab a picnic table or a bench. We will be back to try more of their menu items.
