PANCHOS TACOS is a food truck that serves delicious, hot food with generous portions. The quality is very satisfying, and the service is quick with a smile. The menu includes tacos, the Burrito, the Sinaloa burrito plate, and Mulita. Tacos are phenomenal, absolutely stacked with fillings that make for a mountain of mouth watering goodness. The best mexican food on this side of the island, possibly across the whole island. They have the best horchata. Side condiments include sauces, pickled onions, jalapeno peppers, and limes to embellish the order. Expect to get a little messy in the BEST possible way. The atmosphere is based where they set up, like Downtown Hilo, where you can eat outside and people watch the laid back living. There is probably a line, but the wait is worth it. This is a must.
