We had a snack special: one drumstick, one thigh, and one potato wedge all for less than $6.00! Their potato wedge is huge! All were tasty! I will definately go back again the next time i visit Hilo
When someone told me before that I needed to try the potato wedges and fried chicken from Minit Stop, I was like, "Why?!" Long story short, this time around, right before heading to the airport, we had to make one last stop to fill up gas and get some chicken and potato wedges to bring to Oahu. The workers there are friendly and nice and easy to talk to. I ended up ordering 2 - 3 piece meal which comes with 2 thighs, 1 drumstick and 3 potato wedges. I would never have thought some of the best foods would come from a gas station. It's pretty much a small convenience store to get things on the go.
