I was there celebrating my 50th birthday. So disappointed with the whole experience. I arrived after 4pm and was told my rooms were not ready and no idea when they would be. Once I did get the rooms, I noticed they were scheduled for two different check out dates. It took a half hour to straighten out. The manager told me that the problem looks like it was not entered properly by the Hilton reservations team. We spent 3 nights at this resort during our recent Hawaii vacation. The resort is older, which we knew going in, but the staff we met were so friendly! Housekeeping did a great job each day and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee, hot chocolate, juice, and warm cookies in the lobby. We also had dinner downstairs, and it was a great meal!
