We stayed at the hotel so ended up eating here a few times.
First of all, their service was exceptional, even perfect.
The dinner buffet is excellent with lots of good quality variety.
I gave 4 stars, not 5 because of the Sunday brunch.Scrambled eggs super runny so surprised they would serve it like that, rice overcooked, bacon a little undercooked French toast tasted funny. WSW Steakhouse Restaurant | Whiskey Steak Wine offers a mixed dining experience. Fantastic food and excellent service are noted, with live music playing through meals. The beef tenderloin and prime rib have generous portion sizes, and the view is spectacular. Pupus ahi with shrimp chips and bone marrow are a great start, and the prime rib with lobster tail is delicious. The lobster Mac & cheese is absolutely great, and the crème brûlée is heaven. However, some find the service extremely slow with little personality, and waiting close to an hour for food is ridiculous. The food is over priced for the quality, and the loud, noisy bar mows down the fine dining ambiance. Some food arrived warm or with cold mashed potatoes and veggies. The restaurant is enjoyable, but the hotel is hated.
