Amazing place with great healthy food and options . I got a green juice And acai bowl (no sorbet) actual acai it was amazing. Really great service. Only photo I had it was me holding the acai bowl ?

The açaí bowl was wonderful. We had the açaí/blueberry base & the tropical base. It was not too sweet and filling. It was a perfect way to start the day and so refreshing on a hot, humid day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a must try when in Hilo.

Stumbled into Loved by the Sun by chance and we're so glad we did! Loved that you could use any smoothie base as your Acai bowl - it gave us so many flavour options. No formal seating inside other than benches so be prepared to take it on the go! We did the Tropical and Monkey Fuel as bases with the Super Cosmic toppings. Delicious!
