“I LOVE Reuben’s…staff, food, all is great! The only thing that I would please ask that management to do is bring in a local or better quality margarita mix. The one that is used is the basic cheap one you get from liquor distributors and it gives me a headache. Getting a margarita with a good tequila and that mix doesn’t make sense. Not sure if it’s the coloring or what, but I’d come around more often if the mix was a better quality. Heck, I’d even pay more if there was an option for a better margarita mix!!“

Good black bean grilled burrito. Nacho chips with guacamole - small. Bean burritos, just o.k., a lot smaller than in the past. Soft tacos definitely smaller than in.past days.
Vegetarian options: Grilled black bean burrito is really good.“

“The Staff here is so kind. It's clean, the food is great and it's so nice to see a Female- entrepreneur (Owner) doing so well.I feel Hilo is either 1 taco-bell short or neither of the 2 Taco bells is large enough...or a second drive-through lane is needed at the larger one....(Same as Mcdonalds) My reasoning is that lines shouldn't wrap around the block for so many hours a day. At both locations. That is an indication of a problem.That being said, This team is extremely busy, so the following critique that I reserve my 5th star for is pretty critical on my part, but occasionally wait times are excessive and fast food shouldn't have long wait times.So here it is. The "A" Team at this location is insanely good. The owner needs to improve the "B" team. Significantly. If She needs to stay as the Chiefess of the "c" team, so be it. The B team needs to be damn near as good as the A team.Aloha“
