Love the gelato but maybe on Saturday in Pahoa you could premake a few cones? And add a person when it’s busy? One to take orders while another works on scooping.
Been waiting twenty minutes for a double scoop. Also, our server took several orders at once and then filled the order behind us first. Weird system.
Makes me wish I’d driven to Hilo.
