“Absolutely favorite Starbucks on the Big Island, and that is mainly because the workers 👷!! Because I'm always ordering online, they basically see me like a few times a week so when I go in to pick up my usual (* A VENTI CARAMEL RIBBON CRUNCH, EXTRA EVERYTHING WITH A DOUBLE SHOT*) they are already greeting me with my name. They already know which one is mine and if I'm being honest makes me feel like I'm V.I.P. LOLLL! Also they are super fast literally my order was done in 2 mins can you believe that. COFFEE IS MY ADDICTION AND I LOVE IT!!“

“This was my first time ordering a secret menu item. It turned out so amazing and John my barista their energy made it all the better. They were hyping up my option and it really made me smile. The drink couldn't have been better. I got a vanilla créme frappe with three pumps caramel and three toffee nut, topped with caramel. Definitely recommend! ✨💚“

I love the location for the people watching and it was super endearing when the staff remembered my order and name. I've been hanging out in Starbucks all over since my girlfriend in highschool was a barista, and this Starbucks has the nicest view of the Pacific and staff I've found.“
