Starbucks™ at Puainako, is very relaxing and the use of it's free Wi-Fi for those who are patrons of the restaurant is very intriguing! Especially delicious pastries that they have, it's convenient location, and popular with locals. Also, visitors can come and use the amenities that Starbucks™ provides. The staff there is always friendly! The store is kept clean and the restroom is always kept clean too. I would recommend to anyone who loves Starbucks™, to go and check it...read full review

The staff is friendly and the seating area is clean, although there are currently no straws or sugar choices available due to COVID-19. The location has a big parking lot and is situated on Saddle Road to Kailua-Kona. The store does not have outlets, preventing customers from "camping out" and keeping the atmosphere pleasant.
