The food was terrible. After going there, you all know that the taste is not that bad.

I ordered crispy bacon, eggs and whole wheat toast. Simple order. It was made quickly and was hot. Sometimes difficult to understand cashier's Chinese accent. I'm satisfied. I'll be back again.

I've never ate from this place before, so I decided to try it out. I ordered the bbq cheeseburger deluxe with fries combo. The total came out to around $11. I went home to eat and found out there was no burger patty in my burger! Like the deluxe part was there (lettuce, tomato, onions), the cheese was there, the burger buns were there, but no burger patty in sight. It is a bit of a drive for me to get to this location, so I did not go back to request a new burger. Will not be going here again.

Great plate lunch place, my favorite for lunch is the katsu curry. Locals may rate lower than me because prices have gone up and the quality has gone down, but to compare with what's in walking distance would be more fair. It's a good deal, good location, relatively good prices and I could eat here every day for local style breakfast. No, of course it's not healthy. How do you think I developed my Moke physique?

DON’T ORDER FROM HERE! Overcooked, tasteless, overpriced fried fish. Go to Ala Moana Center to have proper food for a less price!

Came by after a grocery trip to Don Quijote to pick up lunch. The prices have gone up since we came last time, but that was to be expected, Ordered the BBQ combo plate, which was BBQ Beef, BBQ Chicken, and Short Rib combo. After tax, it was about $19. Came with 2 scoops of rice and a scoop of mac salad. Some type of cabbage/onion slaw was added as well. It was a piece of boneless chicken thigh, a thin piece of beef/steak, and one 3 bone short rib. The chicken was pretty decent. Still somewhat tender and had a teri or soy glaze. The beef/steak was definitely over cooked for my taste, but still had that same glaze, so flavor was okay. The short rib still had enough fat still on it that made it enjoyable, but still a bit chewy. Is it gourmet? Nope. Is it plate lunch worthy? Eh? Was I able to split the dish with my wife? You betcha! That made this worth the value and therefore the 3 stars. It's good if you are there, but not worth dealing with all of the cars and traffic in the parking lot. Give it a try if you are already shopping at the Don Quijote.

Last time we were here was last year during summer break. Definitely went down hill and prices ware outrageously crazy. French Fries cost $6,99 plus tax. It wasn't even crispy just soggy and oily.

Ordered the chicken katsu curry at this local/Chinese BBQ spot in Don Quijote’s outdoor food court. The chicken cutlets were thin with mostly fried breading. The curry was pretty good - wish there was more of it. Rice was overcooked and macaroni salad could be better. On the positive side, mini portion was large and prices very reasonable, but given the quality level, I couldn’t finish. While I was waiting, a guy with two large Walmart bags was selling 40 cans of Spam “wholesale” to the owners for $70 - I guess this is how they manage to keep the prices down.Would not repeat unless really hungry and in desperate need of cheap, freshly prepared food. I’m guessing there might be a few items on the vast menu that may be worth trying. Was thinking of Loco Moco, but the photos were unappetizing.Maybe their breakfast specials are worth a try. For a comparable, L&L on Kamakee has much better quality.

Super bad costumer service, I order something and even though in the receipt it said what I order they gave me the wrong order 2 times. Yet they still blamed it on us

Food was outstanding, and for an incredible cost. Expect to only pay 9-13$ per meal, which is incredibly reasonable given the price ranges for other places in the area. The service was a tad bit slow, but other than that, it was great. Would recommend, especially since it is so close to Don Quixote, so you can get things like drinks and gifts there while you wait.
