Great plate lunch place, my favorite for lunch is the katsu curry. Locals may rate lower than me because prices have gone up and the quality has gone down, but to compare with what's in walking distance would be more fair. It's a good deal, good location, relatively good prices and I could eat here every day for local style breakfast. No, of course it's not healthy. How do you think I developed my Moke physique?
Came by after a grocery trip to Don Quijote to pick up lunch. The prices have gone up since we came last time, but that was to be expected, Ordered the BBQ combo plate, which was BBQ Beef, BBQ Chicken, and Short Rib combo. After tax, it was about $19. Came with 2 scoops of rice and a scoop of mac salad. Some type of cabbage/onion slaw was added as well. It was a piece of boneless chicken thigh, a thin piece of beef/steak, and one 3 bone short rib. I ordered crispy bacon, eggs and whole wheat toast. Simple order. It was made quickly and was hot. Sometimes difficult to understand cashier's Chinese accent. I'm satisfied. I'll be back again.
