I originally went here for the inexpensive mai tais I’d heard about, but it’s not a dive bar, and the drinks are $13 each—tasty but not authentic, quite sweet and syrupy. The setting is pleasant, facing the post office, with a Tiki wood carving out front and modern tropical design elements, plus an automatic mister to keep the lanai cool. The highlight was meeting a nice newlywed couple and sharing our excitement for their new journey together.

Arnold’s was our very first stop after checking into the hotel, and honestly, it set the tone for the entire trip. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the razor-sharp wit of Miss Kim, who welcomed us with, “Where you from? I’m sorry!” — and just like that, we knew we were in the right place.

We were in the mood for tiki drinks, so naturally the World Famous Mai Tai was ordered. Miss Kim went straight to work, hand-mixing what can only be described...

Great Drinks, Great Prices, Great vibes.
We went here 3 times in our 5 day stay because we loved it so much.
Hidden tiki divey bar with good music.

Waitresses are kind and make strong drinks!

Mai Tai and Blue Hawaiian will do ya right.
