Bibas Courtyard Grill offers a good menu with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Guests particularly enjoyed the mud-pie dessert. The French onion soup and filet mignon were highlights. However, some found the catch of the day and sides underwhelming. Despite good food, guests felt rushed and uncomfortable due to seating. The lack of music and overall atmosphere left something to be desired, but with more effort, it could be a standout dining spot in the hotel.
The restaurant now serves a variety of delectable dishes, including a superb Ribeye with pesto aioli, a rack of ribs, and a Chicken Parmesan that was enjoyed by a recent visitor. The Kalua Cabbage with rice was also praised. While the fish and chips were good, the fries were reported to be soggy, and the lobster crab cake was fried too long. The service has received mixed reviews, with some guests finding it difficult to get the server's attention.
