I am grateful that I can eat Japanese side dish bread, white bread, cream bread, etc. that are familiar to Japanese people. You can also order drinks such as coffee.

There was a sign saying HOKKAIDO, so I decided to try it out.
Many of the items on display, such as anpan, were items you would normally find at a Japanese bakery, and the flavors were very Japanese, so it was very delicious.
It seems to be popular with local foreigners as well.

I came for the 11 yr anniversary sale. I tried the mini pizzas the croisants and the sausage rolls and the chocolate covered croisants. I also tried both donuts. I brought all of the items home to Minnesota, everything stayed fresh the sale was fun I will come back again looking forward to trying the little bear pastries. Everyone was so polite. The line was long but moved very fast and was worth it.
Parking: It was in the lower level of the ala moana mall. Easily accessible from the ramp.

Located conveniently at Ala Moana Shopping Center on the bottom floor, this hidden gem is perfect for those looking for a quick bite. As first-time visitors, we were pleasantly surprised by the charming and intimate atmosphere of the place. The enticing aroma of delicious food filled the air, immediately whetting our appetites. Although the menu options were limited, the cozy and intimate setting made up for it. We decided to try the sausage roll, even though I'm not typically a fan of bread-based dishes. To my delight, the sausage roll exceeded my expectations with its flavorful filling and perfectly baked crust. After paying for our meal, we found a seat outside and enjoyed our food. Overall, our experience at this quaint eatery was delightful and left us craving for more.

The female cashier at 10:30 AM on Sunday was very rude. I won’t be coming back there again if the cashiers aren’t at least reasonably nice. And maybe this is Japanese style, but the coffee was the weakest I’ve ever had.

I went to BRUG Bakery at the Lanai food court at Ala Moana with a friend. He showed me how to order breads that is discounted because it was near closing time. Food was delicious and still fresh. I bought a few teddy bear breads. They are so cute.

This week was an extra rotten week, so to cheer everyone up, Brug was delivered to us by my mom. I love Brug. The Matcha Turtles?, Apple ? Cinnamon Custard Danish,Cream Cheese Bomb, Brug curry, Kuma Chocolate Custard and creamy tomato soup are among my favorites when they first opened. Today we had a variety of goodies, each person having their own personal favorites. I don’t know the official name of the baked goods, but i will put a brief description of each one. Very tasty and delicious baked goods offered with pleasant staff. Family Favorite Spot for us!07/05/2023My mom bought me a Kaeru (frog) Choco Matcha Melon Pan. It was so adorable!! ? Filled with chocolate! If u heat it around 30 seconds it gets nice and melty. I really missed the Kame (turtle) Matcha Melon Pan so i was so happy to get one of these!09/13/2023My mom grabbed me a hot dog, curry pan, Ichigo Neko (Strawberry Cat) and a New Limited item I never tried before. She can’t remember the entire name but said it was a pineapple cream. It was so delicious!!! A adorable pineapple shaped pan with chunks of pineapple, cream and shredded coconut!! Yum! Grab one while u still can!01/22/2024Pictures updated!
Great pastries, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I like this place in the morning before the Lanai gets super busy. Just sit in there with the morning mall-folk, chew some Brug and get your day off to a joyous

Clean and inviting. All the pastries lure you into a soft and fresh taste of heaven. We have been in Hawaii for six days and there has not been one bad pastry in all of our selections. This is a must to visit right outside of Macy’s in the food court.
