I was disappointment with my visit on Monday. I ordered the pizza and waited on the side for whole pizza. I was ordered 127. There was a guy a head of me that wanted his pizza sliced 18 pieces. The guy told him ok and the pizza in the oven. He looked like a contractor buying for his crew. I watch the guy slice the pizza then take slice out and rearranged the pizza I thought for sure it was the 18 slices he had a problem with seriously I watched him take on slice and put it on the side then he moved the pizza around to make it right he had a spacula because the pizza was hanging off. It would have made a funny video of him struggling to cut the pizza and mind you it was already in the box when he took one out. He out the pizza up to where they put the to go ones and then he called my number.. I wasn't the lucky one he gave me the one he played with. We ate it but really not the crust as he handled it so many times. See my picture this how I received it when we opened it. This was a disappointment that they would give it to someone like this.

Always busy. If u looking for quick and easy, this is the place or if u want to feed the gang after a day at the beach. One piece of pizza is huge-like 1/5; just buy a whole pizza. Inexpensive; not gunna win any gourmet ribbons but quick and inexpensive. Tasty enough. Ambiance? Busy parking lot, I usually only go if I'm shopping n someone wants something-or if I have a 2nd person who can jump out as I circle.

Junk eats. I really stay away. I did have a vanilla soft serve but seemed packed with artificial something for its smooth texture. My guess.. all bad for you. Eat at your own risk.

I don't go out of my way to come here, but it's recommended to use it when you're shopping for souvenirs. If you're not picky about food, a hot dog and juice costs $1.50 (about 210 yen), juice alone costs $0.69 (about 100 yen), and ABC store's SPAM musubi is about 400 yen, so it's unbelievably cheap in Hawaii. , you can eat.

Customer Rep

The Hawaii Kai location is the worst location i literally ever experienced from Seattle, to Hawaii. They're rude, intrusive, demanding, don't honor warranties (battery WITH receipt!), etc...My husband and I were heading home and one of our children wasn't feeling well therefor he took them home while I got pizza from the food court. They wouldn't allow me to buy it without my husband there with the card! What logic is that?? Who changed that rule and why??After realizing how stubborn they were, my friend (with his card) brought me there to shop. When I went to pay, he handedthem his card but they STILL told me I had to have my own otherwise he'd hand to pay for my groceries. I literally handed my friend my cash, he handed it the the cashier, she handed him the chance in which case he handed to me. WAS THAT ALL NECESSARY!?? ... and for what?My uncle has been stopped at the door to get a closer look at his photo. Why? No one can shop without a card anyway! My daughter (25yrs old) went in to get her own membership and told them she was in a hurry and JUST wanted the base membership. They tried selling her this, upgrading that... she repeated several times, "I just want the base membership please, I'm in a hurry". They insisted on yapping about other services and why she should buy the gold membership. After almost 30 minutes, they forced her to get abrasive. This was almost 2 years ago and she has since canceled and signed up with Sam's Club, which is half the price! My husband and I also refuse to renew our membership and got the business membership at Sam's. After my friend saw the vast difference while shopping with me at Sam's, he canceled his Costco and bought a Sam's membership for he and his adult daughter. The hours are better at Sam'sThe warranties are better and easierThe customer service far surpasses anything Costco has ever offeredSam's Club lines are always half of less of Costco'sThe deals are even better at Sam's. A lot of time when I can't find something at Costco, Sam's Club will carry it.Prior to my friend signing up for his own Sam's membership, he was able to simply use my cart while I was there. Sam's didn't force the nonsense cash swamping hands as though a 5-yr-old is paying.Sam's doesn't impose or talk rude/stern on the self checkout. They realize most people who go to those lines know how to scan their card and groceries "all by their self!". At Costco, an older male employee was yelling something I couldn't understand but later found out was "SHOW ME YOUR CARD! Then he picked up my produce and the box of fuji apples spilled all over the floor.GOOD GOD ID NEVER PAY TO SHOP HERE!Compared to Sam's Club, they have worse;HoursMembership feesMembership rulesCashiersSelectionLinesWarranties. As far as the snack bar food...awful! There's only extra greasy pepperoni or plain cheese, whereas Sam's has combo, pepperoni, cheese, and othersJust because they're the only ones on the Eastside doesn't mean they don't have competition (they shouldn't act like that regardless)We now drive to Sam's Club...heck, they're open late enough to go after work!

Cheap and fresh fast food. It's always delicious, cheap, and busy as heck. I like to order coffee smoothies without chocolate, due to it being too sweet with chocolate. Strawberry sundaes aren't bad either. I don't care for their mango smoothies at all. I took one sip and threw it out. It was way too sweet and artificial tasting.

Cheap eats! Nothing spectacular except the prices.

Reliable in a pinch, even if the line appears long. Miss the combo pizza though :/
