I sampled a few flavors and all were extremely bland with very little flavor and icy. Won’t come again.
Okay ice cream, but great shaved ice.
A few choices to pick from. You can taste flavours. The servers were lovely. The ice cream was delicious. The waffle cone is yummy too.
Charming ice cream shops featuring a variety of local flavors—slightly on the pricey side, but a great choice if you’re near Hilton Village. They offer a punch card for regular customers. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. It’s usually busy, which adds to the lively vibe. We love stopping by for a treat after watching the sunset. They’re open until 10 PM.
This was the best ice cream shop! We loved Ian & Kūakaloa, they were so friendly and helpful!!
The only place that I can find Lemon Custard ice cream !!! It’s so good I wish they would sell this one in the stores …
Amazing ice cream, we went at close time and they had the best attitude. Great service and a stunning product. Pricy, but worth it.
Great craft ice cream
We’ve been here a couple times and there’s always a line. So it’s a pretty popular place. There were many Hawaiian flavors and I like toasted Mac (vanilla). There were plenty of sitting areas outside the ice cream shop at Ilikai Resort.
We were excited to have shaved ice and icecream from this shop. Staff was friendly, and the treats were delicious!! I recommend you try it!

Recently came here for an ice cream. Located inside the Ilikai Hotel and Suites. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Ice cream was very good, cold and refreshing. Highly recommended!
Literally the worst I've cream I've ever had, I threw it away. The chocolate mac nut was full of ice crystals like they just froze some milk, with very little chocolate taste. The cookies and cream had a sour taste to it like the milk was bad that they used to make it.
Ice cream was great but the true star of the show was the amazing staff here! The lovely lady working the counter here was hilarious and super friendly. Amazing service.
Honeydew mochi ice cream was my favorite. It's a must try
5/5 because the female staff member working here was beyond professional, approachable and hilarious. She was so personable and accommodating it made me want to purchase more. Ice cream is great, and you get a lot of it with your purchase. Many flavours to choose from including more local ones
