My sister and i go through the drive-thru almost every morning and they always mess up our order. Missing items, wrong drinks, or just not what we asked for. Itās frustrating starting the day like this. Smh š¤¦š½āāļø

Most of the time when I go here the drive through is closed and when you go inside, no one will help you and the workers tell you to order at the kiosk only. So I just leave because there is no point when no one will even talk to you. I like the coffee here but not worth it when there is 0 customer service.

Worst location on island. Drive thru has traffic that zig zags through a shared business parking lot with near miss side swipes from other cars all around you. The avocado toast was disgusting and soggy. Just stick to donuts Dunkinā¦

This Dunkinā location in Honolulu is easily the most frustrating one Iāve visited on the island. Thereās almost always a long line inside, with only one kiosk working and no one at the register to help move things along. Mobile ordering? Completely disabledāso youāre stuck waiting in line or crawling through the drive-thru. On top of that, the entrance is often crowded, making the experience feel chaotic before you even get inside. If youāre looking for a quick coffee stop, this is not it. Disappointing all around.

Went on Saturday morning, 830. There were 4 workers. The drive thru was wrapped around so went inside. Sign said use kiosk. Fine ordered my 2 doughnuts for $5.43 and wait...the worker in the front moved without a purpose. The person who ordered before me received her order so naturally I thought I would be next. No. Hr made a few coffees and such (I guess mobile orders). I ordered 2 doughnuts.. .7 minutes later I asked him for a refund. He said why? I stated that I've been waiting a long rime for 2 doughnuts. He asked what kind and proceeded to put them in a bag and handed it to me. That means he wasn't looking at orders he was one ticket one item at a time. Indicative of service at this location.
The drive-through line was 15 car seat. So I went inside and it was about eight people waiting in line ahead of me. It took over 10 minutes to get two donuts the staff there work extremely slow,, they walk in slow motion. They move in slow motion. They even talk extremely slow.. First and last visit at this location.

They pay employees near $20 an hour but they canāt have someone at the counter to take your order. Want you to use the kiosk but thereās only one. Super bad service! On the off chance they have someone at the counter donāt use cash. Even using a calculator they donāt know how to make change.

Probably the most inconsistent Dunkin Iāve ever been to. Iāve been getting the same coffee from Dunkin for like 6 years and every time I come here it tastes different.
Also the mobile ordering is either broken or doesnāt work during peak hours. I donāt get it. Also their tablet ordering thing doesnāt even work.

Dunkin' 3270 Ualena St, Honolulu, HI 96819 First time visiting this Dunkin' was today. This is the Dunkin outside on the street by IHOP and McDonald's not the one inside the airport. It has been so long since I been in one... since my Uber Eats delivery days in NYC when I used to always get a large iced coffee with 2 turbo espresso shots for energy to keep me riding, the staff was very nice and treated me with 5 stars like I was VIP I felt so I loved that. The donuts and muffin were fresh and chewy making me think they were baked on site š¤Øš¤š½
