Founded on the island of Kauai but now located on Oahu, Sinaloa makes fresh tortillas & tortilla chips. I’ve heard of them but never tried their product until a few months ago while dining at The Lookout restaurant at the Wai Kai wave pool.TORTILLA CHIPS:Someone at our table ordered boring chips & salsa. Best tortillas in Hawaii period. Their facilities were clean and very organized. It's nice seeing the Macias family doing what they do best. Brining Mexican traditions to all islands is truly a blessing. Keep up the tortillas amigos!

If you can't get homemade, grab some of these bad boys. From their 4" street tacos to their giant spinach wraps- All made fresh in Hawai`i Available at Star/Times, Foodland, Safeway and VIP markets.
