I had dim sum this morning and the wait staff were so kind in the welcoming and slightly gruff Hong Kongnese manner and it reminded me of my parents and uncles and aunties and in my heart I cried.
My mom, dad and I have come to this place and that the dim sum there was wonderful and that there were many people there and the people there was pushing carts full of things like soup dumplings, chicken feet, and others. The three of us got soup dumplings, chicken feet, egg cart, beef tripe, and others and food was wonderful. The service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was that there were many people there eating, talking, and others.
Great food and excellent service. It’s a fantastic place to sample a wide variety of dishes in small portions, and the service moves at a fast pace.
I recommend going with someone who’s familiar with the cuisine or speaks the language, as it makes the fast-paced ordering and selection process much easier.
