The food was good excellent and our server, Nicky, was great. She is so helpful, sweet and hard working. We've been lucky enough to be served by her many times over the years and we're always happy to see her again!

We take our teens to Gyotaku because they love the tomago sushi and the chicken katsu. My wife and I enjoy the sushi. The food is pretty good, but it always takes way long to be served than most restaurants I've been to. It's pretty cold in the restaurant, so my wife always has to bring a jacket or sweater. Even I have to wear something more than a shirt, and I run hot.

Gyotaku Niu Valley is our family's favorite restaurant. Last night was the first time in a while where we were able to get the family together there and it was wonderful as always. We were treated like VIPs and it was a very memorable evening for us all. To the Gyotaku ohana, many, many thanks for a fabulous evening, happy holidays!
