As far as lounges go, this is really subpar! But I guess it’s better than nothing.
Should have more and variety of snacks.
The Premier Club is on the 2nd level at HNL after you pass the security check point. It's next to the Starbucks. They recently frosted the glass so now you can't see inside. You can get access to this lounge if you have Hawaiian Airlines Pualani Gold or Pualani Platinum statuses.
They offer fountain drinks, hot coffee, hot tea, a DIY coffee machine with preset settings (there's a note that tells you NOT to change the settings), water, ice, and single serving packets of salted pretzels. There isn't much but the seats are comfy, there's tables, and the restrooms are nice. I have noticed that people bring food from outside to eat in here and I think that's a great idea. I know pre-COVID they never allowed outside food but it also had an excellent selection of beverages like the POG juice served on the neighbor island flights and snacks. They really NEED to bring that juice back into this lounge and more snacks! This lounge gets really busy mid day and sometimes, the pretzels are all gone and nobody services anything. I keep my visits to 30 minutes or less. I come in to fill up my reusable water bottle with ice and water, use the restroom, and then head to the gate.
This is a joke premier club. Same snack you get on the plane only soda water tea and coffee available all self service.
A quiet comfortable place to wait for your flight. Good coffee selection.

Pretty small and crowded; not many amenities (they had pretzels, coffee, tea and soda.). But the chairs were pretty comfortable (though most without power.) It got pretty empty in the evening (we spent a long time here since our original flight was cancelled....)
Soda and pretzels. Come on Hawaiian, you can do better

This lounge, in Haneda airport, really belongs to JAL.
It is not as impressive as the airport lounges in the world, but it is decent. Enough food and drink selection.
Clean and quiet.
Service is efficient, friendly, and yet discreet.

Was pretty full but was able to get a comfy seat next to an outlet. Nothing special but definitely beats sitting in the terminal.

The airport's Burger King was nicer than this place. Hawaiian Airlines, do better! Seriously, it looked like the coffee station at a Motel 6.

First class or airline status gets you in. No food. No alcohol. A bit quieter than the Plumeria Lounge, but not by much. Just a place to sit with a coffee and charge your devices while waiting for your connecting flight

Lounge was quite ok. There is a large selection of drinks, but hardly anything to eat. Snacks and lotus cookies. That was. I expect a much larger selection of snacks here. Here Hawaiian Airlines should learn a lesson from the Lufthansa lounges.
