I ordered the Loco Moco, and it was absolutely delicious. The beef patty was juicy and full of flavor, the sunny-side-up egg was cooked perfectly with a rich, runny yolk, and the savory gravy tied everything together beautifully. The rice and black beans made it hearty without feeling too heavy, and the roasted vegetables were a fresh, flavorful addition. The presentation was just as impressive as the taste. Every bite was balanced and satisfying. I would definitely order this again!

Great food-the chicken wings and sausage appetizers were both amazing. Good people watching too.

I ordered the Hainanese Chicken Rice and was very disappointed. The chicken was cold, tough, chewy, covered in wet skin, had no flavor, and was served in huge chunks that were unprepared. I got my food to-go as a healthy option while my family got burgers nearby. I struggled to eat half my meal and it made my stomach sick. I had to throw it away and go purchase another lunch elsewhere. Unfortunate and very poor quality.
it was a letdown. I ordered the loco moco, and it was underwhelming and disappointing.

Some of the freshest food we have had on island in the 3 weeks we’ve been here so far. Super chill vibes. Everything we ate was delicious.

Best meal of the trip - garlic french fries were wonderful, along with the supreme loco moco and kahlua pork benedict.

We got there at 9:15am and they warned us there was a reservation at 12 that required us to leave the restaurant before then. I was like if it takes us that long to leave, it must be the restaurant has slow service. Well, it was. We sat down around 9:25am and didn’t get our order TAKEN, until 9:58am and it was because i asked the waitress. Mind you, she was running around the other tables and even taking the orders of other people that got there after us… When i interrupted her, she was so surprised like she hadnt seen us sitting there this whole time. I will say, it was that whole area for herself, and eventually two other girls started helping her. Therefore, they need to organize themselves better so they can help each other bc clearly she had too many tables for herself at first.
The food was good, we had 2 flat plate omelette and a plate of the very berry pancakes and both plates were really good. The pog juice was delicious but we ordered 2 coffe caramel lattes and they had more milk than coffee.
Overall, it is a good place to eat. They just need a better host that know how to seat the customers to not overload the servers.

Cozy place with good food and drinks. My favorite place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Staff are nice and friendly, and I love the atmosphere. Coconut acai bowl is amazing. It is literally heavenly!

My wife and I have visited Heavenly Island Cafe several times in the past and always enjoyed the food. It was simple, healthy, and one of the reasons we kept coming back. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was completely different.
After we were seated, we ordered a cocktail and a hot tea. When one of the servers brought the drinks to our table, they did a poor job of setting down the teapot and ended up spilling hot water onto my wife. What was most disappointing was not just the accident itself, but the lack of a sincere apology or concern afterward. Accidents happen, but how a restaurant responds makes all the difference.
The check was eventually voided, but only after I told them I would simply pay and leave. At no point did we feel that the seriousness of the situation was acknowledged.
We had enjoyed coming here in the past, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Because of the way this incident was handled, we will not be returning.

Every time we visited Waikiki, we looked forward to dining here. It had become a tradition for us over the years.
The service was friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. We ordered burgers, and both patties arrived burnt and dry. To their credit, the staff promptly offered to replace them. However, while the replacement patties were no longer burnt, they were still very dry and lacked flavor. They tasted as though they had been previously frozen and simply reheated.
It is disappointing to see such a decline in food quality at a place we once enjoyed so much. Sadly, after this experience, we will not be returning.

Arrived early 9am order like takeout. Then sit in a space closed off to order then sit if available on 5 tables. Got crowded fast. One felt like we'll gotta eat fast and go cause people are waiting. Food average. An attempt to give a good breakfast failed, but food provided to get through the day I
Dropped into the Heavenly Island Lifestyle restaurant. The Mahi Mahi tacos were great! The Locomoco Supreme was boss of comfort foods! Good spot.
