The hotel's location is excellent, only a 7-10 min walk to the beach and about 5 min walk to the shopping/restaurants area. Our check-in and check-out process was quick and all staff members that we interacted with during our stay - were all super friendly.
The room definitely needs some refreshing, the two chairs on the balcony had cigarette burns, and the railing had bird poop all over it, the little table on the balcony was very dirty; the bathroom was not spotless...

I think despite the thin walls and not immaculate attention to detail cleaning (saw a hair on the shower wall), the servicing from the staff are responsive and as friendly as they can be 😇💕. And I feel that they are doing their best to accommodate the guests needs. I really appreciated it!
