We were staying in the hotel and there are no coffee-makers in the room. It would have been nice to not have to come down to face strangers first thing in the morning and spent another $10/day on coffee, but it is what it is. Not sure that's going to change, it's obviously a source of revenue for them somehow. Some staff were kind of lifeless, but at least one woman was very chatty and helpful in pointing out some sights to see. Coffee was passable, nothing to write home about.
Gotta say I was blown away by this coffee! It's located inside the Wayfinder Hotel, which is where we stayed, and honestly I just assumed the coffee in the hotel wouldn't be very good... I was so wrong. I am so glad we gave it a shot. The service is top notch. So much aloha plus great & honest recommendations. We got the Fall Special which was the Ulu Spiced Latte with ice. YUMMM! I'd say this was the second best coffee we had on the Island (we tried 8 coffee shops). Really really...read full review

Service is fantastic and I like the vibe of this coffee bar inside the hotel. I even got a sweet tote bag for a friend at a reasonable price.One star lost for only having medium roast coffee & espresso which has a tendency to be sour. Medium roast is a hipster trend I’m really hoping goes away soon.
