Food was great and they have good selection of simple groceries and grab and go meals.
The staff though… terrible! The 2 ladies we met this morning were absolutely terrible. Don’t try to ask for an empty cup to warm up milk for a child. Asking to use a bathroom for a toddler - nope! She sent me 4 blocks down the road. I will definitely not ever step my foot at this place again.

I only bought 2 malasadas but the girl at the counter who was working on the evening of 20 July 2025 charged me for 3. I didn't notice until I got to my hotel and looked at the receipt. Always check your receipt to make sure you are not cheated by this business.

May 2025 Deli and convenience store located just next door to the Ritz Carlton Residences and other hotels at the main Waikiki area.
The place is mainly for takeaways and is a combination of an ABC store, a deli and an Island Gourmet Coffee cafe.
Usually visitors are tourists and quick orders from the convenient cafe.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Loads of souvenir and local products to look out for.

Best bang for your buck food in Waikiki. All employees were great and deli was fairly priced. Good portion sizing as well.

Too expensive for a small bowl. I paid 20$ for a poke bowl smaller than the ones they sell at Foodland that usually charge 9$. The Ahi wasn’t fresh at all and the rice taste like they dumped tuna water on it sooo weird

A great “everything you need” type of store right near a lot of the hotels in Waikiki. They have a little grocery section, alcohol, souvenirs, snacks, and a great prepared food deli section. We stopped here a few times to pick up meals for the beach. There’s a good selection of premade sandwiches, salads, wraps, bowls, and more, but you can also order your food made to order at the counter. The poke bowl and pizzas were both great when we tried them. All the staff is super friendly and it never got overly busy like an abc store.

Phone ordered, usually this is my go to when I’m at Aulani resort / Koolina side. My wife and I always get the loco moco and the 1/2 half pound poke bowl.
Food wasn’t presentable and didn’t taste great. Patty was dry as f and the rice for my poke was indescribable, I’m just doing a quick comparison to the other location, they also don’t have wasabi, that’s a minus for me.
I highly don’t recommend.

The most racist experience I’ve ever had in Hawaii. Super disappointed as I hope the locals aren’t treated the way I was treated. The lady being of ethnicity herself is what caught me off guard.👎🏽

At the request of a friend, I received a macadamia nut chocolate souvenir.
It's not much different from ABC Mart, but the wine selection was better.
They have a good selection of side dishes, and if I didn't have dinner plans, I would have liked to try the poke bowl.

This is a great place to get some good food a little cheaper than most places on Waikiki. The Loco Moco Supreme from the Deli is enough to feed 2 people for $14. Great selection of Salads to go.
