The closest Jack in the box to me is the Hilo Hawaii location . I have been trying to use the app for 2 weeks now with no success ! I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone and all they would say was that the app does not work and they do not know when it will be fixed ! Then she hung up on me with no further explanation !I am plenty upset about how I was treated as well as the app not working ! I was really excited about getting my double cheeseburger with no bun since the last time I ordered one it was delicious. Well I got back to work and the was only one Patty. My friend and I both ordered one and they were both wrong. Sucks that we got back to work before we noticed. I tried to call and got no answer�
