Valentine's Day at Sushi Sasabune is always a wonderful experience. The fish is impeccably fresh, beautifully prepared, and served exactly as intended — no shoyu needed. The Omakase was absolutely amazing and drool worthy. The chef enlightened us on the many layers of Ahi and what parts of the fish is fatty versus meaty and his masterful skills of preparation. It was awww inspiring. Highly recommend!!!
