I will not be placing any future online orders from Keith’s Cookies. My first order in 2023 was processed and received with no issues. The cookies are delicious. The second order I placed in 2024 was never shipped or received. After multiple phone calls, I was told they would check into and follow back up with me. Still nothing. I provided the order number to whoever I spoke with both times. They have billed my debit card, but have not offered to send a new shipment or assist...read full review
Absolutely Love these shortbread cookies! Purchased a bag on a recent trip to Oahu and just ordered a couple of boxes to be shipped to our home on Hilton Head Island SC!
