KFC in Honolulu

“Generally, KFC in the US has gone to complete garbage, but this location is pretty good as long as you are using a coupon. If you don't use one of the online coupons, KFC is just insanely expensive. The chicken at this location is usually good, not greasy and not overly salty or old tasting. I go when I feel nostalgic for the flavors from my childhood.“

“I've had a few bad experiences at this location before. But it's not like there's a lot of kfcs in the area anymore, so it's either deal with bad service or drive further to other locations.

Recently, ive gone to this location, and the rude worker wasn't there lol (yay!).
Yes, they were understaffed, but they were still very friendly and they were trying their best. The food was better quality, my order was accurate, and the workers were friendly.“

“KFC NEX Moanaloa I made an online order fir a $20 fill up special that is $28 in Hawaii. When I got there, they had sold out of chicken. I ordered at 7pm, close at 8pm. Was advised KFC didn't see my online charge. Window person Terri was very nice and said to call her if charged. I was charged and she offered to make it good, which she did today 6 days later. Great PR today.“
