I come here at least 5 times a month. Anyways great smoothies, bowls and juices and usually great customer service but not this Friday afternoon.I’m walking into the store the store worker is walking out and instead of opening the door for customer who’s coming to spend money at your establishment she ducks around me almost runs into and lets the door close. You didn’t want to hold the door that bad you almost ran into me seems like bad representation of the company. I continue to order my smoothies. Mathew was there and he was very helpful and had wonderful customer service so thanks to Matt. Not sure if they have uniforms there but she worn no apron or indication that she worked at lanikai juice she was wearing Nike clothes and Jordans at work kinda throws off the Lanikai juice vibe but I guess that’s just me. Comes back and helps the next person doesn’t even offer to help Matt so she ends up making the food and smoothie of the people that came in after us then continues to help the next person. What do you know she has a friend. She hugs her and then gives her a discount, and while she takes selfies with her we are still waiting on our smoothies. Here’s a picture of her working hard.

Alright this was on my last trip to Hawaii last year with my girlfriend. She wanted an açaí bowl as soon as we touched down in Hawaii and I heard this spot was good for açaí bowls so we immediately pulled up here. The service was good, the younger girls working there were both super nice. The açaí bowls were really good and filling as well as refreshing. Will forsure be coming back when in Hawaii! Thanks!

The staff was great and attentive but definitely understaffed. The acai bowls were delicious

The fresh juice is fine. I'm unclear if some of the base juices like the apple juice is actually fresh squeezed or comes out of a box/can. For the price they charge, I should hope everything is fresh squeezed. We ordered the Ginger Snap. It was ok. Stronger ginger taste would have been better for our preference. It was still good. We also got a pineapple juice that was definitely fresh squeezed for 50% off, which was a little over $3. No way I'd ever pay $6 for that. But for $3 it was a decent deal. The store has some nice tables indoors.TASTE: 4*PRICE: 2*

3,9 stars are below the real experience I had two times. Ok the shop isn’t the nicest one, but the made great acai bowls and you can sit outside at the water, so I would recommend coming here

I've been eating açaí bowls for 20 years they never get old! Best bowls in Hawai'i kai because there's no other place that has açaí bowls in Hawai'i kai that I can think of other than Jamba and there bowls are average

The drinks are fine, if you're in the shopping center and want a drink. The service was good and there was plenty of parking.

This spot has potential. There is great menu items. However they are understaffed. They were great to address some allergy concerns but then accidentally added banana to my açaí bowl, an item not listed on the menu. And while as gorgeous as the presentation was and it was. It looked beautiful and delicious could I and if I liked bananas. I don't and I can't. It's another allergen. So I went back to have it remade. The staff seemed confused. So there may need to be a menu update or simply an invite for more presence/training.I waited in a moderately long line, and they made as new one. Except this time, presentation and ratios were off. By the time I got it, I was already late, and to have it addressed there simply was not time, desire or capacity to; especially given that the line now reached the door and the two attendants were clearly at or maxed at capacity. So hire more people and take the time to get the order right. Mediums are almost $12 so it should be a good experience and getting food right for people with allergies is a must. Overall, with potential and average person in mind. It's a 3:5 star spot. There was an issue with my order.

Mediocre shop everything about is just not with it. Sure the staff are nice but management could do much better. Go to Safeways and just get a bottled smoothie the açaí bowl was actually

I was looking for something refreshing and decided to stop here. The kid and I both purchased medium-size not knowing how large they would be (i neglected to see the size display located at the counter as I was studying the menu and didn't bother to ask). I probably could've gone a size down as it was extremely filling for me. I had the açai monkey which has peanut butter and cacoa nibs (i could have done without). The kid said the peanut butter scent was very strong (we ate in the car). It was delicious. The kid had the extravaganza which she also enjoyed. The bowls are pricey, but they are generous with the açai.

Seemed to be a lot of unnecessary flavors and the açaí bowls were so incredibly mid. The granola was terrible, dry and flavorless. Better granola likely would have made a huge difference.

Terrible experience at the Hawaii Kai store. Three customers total and three employees on duty. Employees forgot about my smoothie and then couldn’t find my ticket to give me a refund. They didn’t know how to proceed. This store really needs a manager on duty or retraining.
