Halo-halo (literally meaning "mix-mix") is a Filipino shave ice dessert that has tropical fruits, sweet milk, and ice cream for a sweet treat loaded with island flavor. Think of it like an upside-down shaved ice. Magnolia ice cream and treats features a variety of themed halo-halo desserts but our most popular is the classic recipe that we call Mahalo-halo.

Took two of my grandchildren here and THEY loved their choices. One had Macapuno Ube and Buki Pandan; the other had mango and I had the best scoop of Kona coffee ice cream with chocolate bits and macadamia nuts! So refreshing.

The most delicious ice cream I've had in Hawaii! !
It's not too sweet and I think it suits Japanese palates ✨✨ I want to eat it again ^ ^
It seems like you can eat halo halo cheaply if you go early 🙌

We've been in Waikiki for 7 days now and we've been here at least 4 night for an evening treat. I'm surely going to miss this ice cream when we leave. Can't get enough of the Buko Pandan ice cream. My husband got the ice scramble and that was also very good.
