Terrible service
Who wants to go to a place where you have to wait for them to reply back to their phone text before acknowledging/helping you & only to watch them text on their phone while waiting for the credit card transaction to go thru OR better yet start taking on their phone via iPods once we leave
I had the cheeseburger and added bacon. It was so good almost as good as Teddy’s.

Mahaloha Burger, located in the Ala Moana Lanai food court area, serves beef, chicken, fish, and veggie burgers and hot dogs. The Swiss and avocado with jalapeños burger was a dream, and the Mushroom Swiss burger is excellent with a nice char and perfectly seasoned. The patty was slightly bigger than the bun. The locomodo was also enjoyed. The fries are the best, with garlic fries and a strawberry lemonade topping it off. The Happy sauce is soo good. Customer service is amazing, with a gal at the counter who was super friendly and handled everything with a smile. Food is made to order and served in under 10 minutes. The food presentation is 8 out of 10, but food quality can be 5/10, as the burger patty can be bland, dry, and a lil tough to eat with not much sauce. The price of $19.63 is not worth it for some. There is a 3% charge for using credit cards. The location is quite noisy as it shares communal tables.
