Ok, being from California and going down to Cabo a lot, and Mazatalan, Puerto Vallarta and Acapulco as a kid, I have had a steady diet of Mexican food throughout my lifetime. Have you ever been here? I have walked by drunk or going to be drunk many times. It is a hole in the wall that only has lunch service and only take out. To be here that long they must be doing something right. The food was so good. I got the Chile Verde Wet Burrito. It is so ono. Will be heading there more for lunch!
This is the spot downtown if you are looking for damn good Mexican food. If you see this place open.... treate yourself to authentic Mexican food that is hard to find on Island. I recently got the Carne asada taco plate with rice and beans added and it made my Thursday. BTW rice is served with carrots and potatoes mixed in rice and I highly recommend it.
