McDonald's is a popular restaurant that offers both pros and cons. It can be a great place to dine when it's not crowded, with ample seating upstairs where one can eat in peace. However, the counter area for ordering food can get chaotic when busy, and the lack of touch-panel ordering can be inconvenient.
