The Restrooms should be open for customers use....but customers are denied access the Restrooms . Especially when their done with dine in....most customers need use Restrooms. This is bad for business and I've noticed a decline in dine customers.

I went to buy the chicken wraps cos it’s new from their menu. I like going to this place to grab a quick bite instead of going to the downtown location (which we don’t really like cos they are not nice and friendly). All staff here were very friendly, accommodating, has sense of urgency, I asked for extra bag and she gave me one without charging me. I forgot her name but I think that’s the manager. The only thing is that there are quite a few unhoused people are hanging-out...
