I ordered two of the vegan ramens and also the fried shitake mushrooms! they were both really yummy and worth the order. the staff was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at home there!

Such wonderful Thai curry spicy vegan soup (i always add a boiled egg) and the crunchy garlic gyoza are my favorite! The mushrooms they use on the vegan Thai curry are so so good. Jordan my server today was so attentive, kind, friendly and professional, which is what made me realize I need to do a review after coming here for years! This is so perfect esp on a rainy day.

I love Ramen and I'm always looking for new places, this place left me in love, I tried the Pesto Ramen because it was the first time I saw a combination like that, I fell in love with the pesto ramen, you have to go and try it, you won't regret it, plus the staff is super friendly 10/10

Ordered the tsukemen and thought it was okay. The noodles were firm and chewy, perfect for dipping. The pork was tough and I prefer it more tender. The broth had good flavor but was thick like gravy instead of a dipping soup. The ajitamen egg was on the sweet side with a candy-like texture instead of the usual soy flavor. Also not a fan.

We had the gyoza, spicy tonkatsu and dan-dan ramen. The quality of the food was great but the portions were quite disappointing. The tonkatsu has one small slice of chasu pork and the Dan Dan ramen has a small portion of ground pork. If the portions of the meat were a bit bigger this place would be a regular place.

By far one of the best ramen spots I’ve ever been to — and I’ve lived in Chicago and NYC, so I know damned good food. Noods Ramen Bar is in a league of its own. The ramen, whether in rich chicken broth or delicate vegetable broth, comes brimming with fresh vegetables and perfectly cooked meats — chicken, pork, even tender steak. Every bite is balanced, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. The service is impeccable: warm, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing.
Please, support this gem. The restaurant business is a tough and often thankless grind, and Noods Ramen Bar deserves to be a lasting fixture in our community. Places like this don’t just serve meals — they nourish the soul.

Went to Noods for lunch with our family, and it was a great experience. The lunch special with Ramen was plenty of food for each of us. The kemchee geoza were o'no. It's definitely a spot to drop in for Ramen.
